1. General Terms

777 Jaya (www.777jaya.life) is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between 777 Jaya and its members.

• Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. Your payment account must be registered in your own name.
• All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• 777 Jaya does not charge any processing fee on deposits; however, your bank or mobile banking operator may apply their own charges.

5. Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to all withdrawals of winnings from 777 Jaya:

• Full account verification (KYC) must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Withdrawals for standard members typically take between 1 and 24 hours to process.
• Withdrawals for VIP members are processed on a priority basis within a maximum of 4 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Information may be disclosed to government authorities upon request where required by legal obligation.

11. Account Closure & Suspension

777 Jaya may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.

• If evidence is found that you registered using false information.
• If the account holder's family notifies us of their passing.
• If the member submits a self-exclusion request.

To voluntarily close your account, please contact our support team. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising between 777 Jaya and a member will be resolved through the following process:
